Print Methods

• DTF (Direct-to-Film) — full-color gradients, fine detail, and photographic imagery on any fabric color. No color limitations.
• Patch application — pre-made embroidered or woven patches pressed onto garments with industrial heat for a permanent bond.

A curated display of dozens of brand-designed patches and graphics laid out for guests to browse. Guests choose their favorites, pick their placement, and we press them on the spot. Interactive, fast-moving, and personal.

Built for Volume

Heat pressing is the highest-throughput method we offer, and that’s the whole point. A single press turns out a finished, full-color garment in seconds per application — realistically 20-30 items per hour, per press once a line is moving. For festivals, conferences, and large brand activations where hundreds of guests pass through, that speed is what keeps the line short and the energy up. Need more capacity? We add presses and technicians and scale the station to your expected traffic. Because the transfers are produced ahead of time, there’s no per-guest design delay — the technician simply positions the chosen graphic and presses.

Matching Your Brand Exactly

DTF transfers reproduce full-color artwork with no color limits — gradients, photographic imagery, fine detail, and exact brand colors all come through cleanly on any fabric color, including black. We print from your brand assets before the event and can build a small menu of approved designs, colorways, and placements so everything pressed on-site is on-brand. This is a meaningful advantage over methods that struggle with color count or light-on-dark printing.

DTF vs. Screen Printing

For events, DTF beats traditional screen printing on flexibility. Screen printing requires a separate screen per color and is economical only for large runs of one fixed design — setup-heavy and slow to change. DTF has zero per-design setup, so you can offer multiple graphics, swap artwork between events, and print full-color images without added cost. Screen printing still wins for very large single-design production runs, but for live, multi-design event personalization, DTF is faster and far more versatile.

Throughput & Setup

Setup takes about 30-60 minutes and needs sturdy tables and access to power (industrial presses draw more than a standard household appliance — we confirm electrical requirements with your venue in advance). The dedicated hat press handles curved surfaces like caps and beanies that flat presses can’t. We coordinate transfer quantities to your guest count so you don’t run short mid-event.
