Stitch Letter brings live chainstitch embroidery, heat pressing, and laser engraving to events across the LA metro — from the Arts District and DTLA to Santa Monica, Culver City, Pasadena, and the Valley. LA runs on activations. Between studio premieres, beauty and fashion launches, influencer events, and tech offsites, brands here expect a station that looks as good as it performs. We set up at hotel ballrooms, rooftop venues, warehouse spaces in the Arts District, retail storefronts on Melrose and Abbot Kinney, and corporate campuses on the Westside. Because we are local, load-in coordination and same-week site checks are straightforward.

For events within the greater LA area, travel is typically included or minimal since we are based here. We confirm any travel or parking costs in your proposal up front.
We recommend 3-4 weeks, but because LA is our home market we occasionally accommodate shorter timelines for smaller setups. Reach out with your date and we will tell you what is possible.
